This bi-monthly initiative offers a platform for female employees to grow personally and professionally through engaging workshops focused on personal development, well-being, emotional understanding, and continuous learning.
The BLOOM Movement promotes holistic self-care through guided meditations that facilitate an immersive connection with the present moment. It further encourages inner transformation by equipping participants with tools to manage emotions effectively, thereby nurturing mental health.
Offering a diverse range of monthly workshops, the movement addresses topics like:
I Take Care of Myself - This channel focuses on physical and mental health practices such as mindfulness techniques, stress reduction methods, and fitness sessions that prioritize self-care for holistic wellbeing.
Mom's Heart - Addressing the unique challenges faced by working mothers, this program explores strategies to strengthen relationships with children through understanding love languages while sharing personal experiences.
Learning is Growing - This workshop ignite a passion for lifelong learning among participants by sharing insights on cutting-edge tools and technologies along with soft skills development.
The BLOOM Movement fosters unity across the organization by offering a supportive community where women can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. The movement has become an instrumental factor in enabling women to fully realize their potential at Capgemini Guatemala.
