Prenatal Visits for High-Risk Pregnancies

We provide care to pregnant women experiencing complications, ming to support a healthy pregnancy. Our services include:

Skilled assessment of mother and fetus by a knowledgeable nurse;

Evaluating family dynamics and strengths to identify necessary additional services;

Home de support to enable mothers who are restricted from certn activities to mntn dly routines;

Medication administration and instructions;

Diabetes education;

Blood pressure monitoring; and

IV therapy administration when needed.

Postpartum Newborn Visits

Upon the recommation of a physician, we offer support services within days following delivery:

Physical examination for both mother and baby;

Breastfeeding or bottle feeding guidance;

Pediatric Services

Specialized nurses offer care for infants with special needs and children with chronic illnesses:

Counseling tlored to the unique requirements of infants and family members;

Promoting parental self-confidence in caring for their child indepently;

Reviewing hospital instructions on how to manage a child's health at home;

Regular medical assessments including physical exams, weight checkups;

Assistance with medical social services by referring families to appropriate community agencies.

Home Phototherapy

For newborns diagnosed with jaundice requiring phototherapy, Jefferson Health offers a program that provides treatment under the guidance of your pediatrician's instructions.
