Our Mission at Pillars Community Health is to provide a unified, comprehensive approach to prenatal and postnatal care for expectant parents and new families. Our goal is to support the health needs of every family through all phases of pregnancy and early parenthood, from conception to beyond.

We have dedicated professionals who specialize in holistic healthcare during pregnancy and after childbirth. At our health centers located conveniently in La Grange and Riverside, we are committed to offering prompt care with same-day appointments for any concerns you might encounter.

Beyond physical wellness, we recognize the importance of mental well-being. Our team offers not only medical support but also emotional counseling throughout your journey. We provide services tlored to the unique experiences of every parent-to-be and new parents across our Health Centers.

We're dedicated to inclusive care that respects all families and their diverse needs. Our services are avlable in both English and Spanish, with additional language assistance offered upon request. We strive to remove barriers to healthcare for individuals and families regardless of insurance status or financial capability.

Our services encompass:

• Family planning education

• Free pregnancy tests

• Prenatal and postnatal check-ups

• Screening and support for pre-and postpartum depression

• Referrals for high-risk Obstetrical Care Services

• Postpartum care including follow-up visits, genetic testing, referrals to prenatal ultrasounds, information on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and baby care.

• Gestational diabetes management

• Complex medical condition coordination through referrals to specialized hospitals

• Breastfeeding education

Our Patient Portal offers secure access for our patients to communicate with doctors, dentists, nurses, and staff via the internet. Patients receive User IDs and passwords to view personal documents including lab results, test findings, educational materials, and other health information.
