We are pleased to provide an update on the status of our service hotlines. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused due to disruptions in service previously experienced by some members.

In response to user feedback, we've taken significant measures and are now proud to announce that all our service hotlines have been fully restored and operational since Saturday, October 19th at 10 pm until Sunday, October 20th at 6 am. We sincerely thank you for your patience during this time.

During the aforementioned mntenance period, there were intermittent access issues with our website due to scheduled mntenance. Users may have experienced disruptions as a result of these technical adjustments.

To ensure transparency and address any concerns regarding user security, please be informed that MSF will not request financial transactions such as sing money, providing credit card information, banking login detls, or One-Time Passwords OTP through SMS or messaging platforms. We urge users to remn vigilant agnst scams and refer them to our official Scam Advisory for further information.

We acknowledge the importance of clear communication in mntning trust and integrity between our organization and its users. As part of this commitment, we have set up a chatbot named Ask MSF which provides quick answers to frequently asked questions about our services.
